All Women Kite Lessons
At the request of several women/husbands/boyfriends in town, we will be offering an all womens kite lesson on Sunday December 16th. The cost will be $95 per person for groups of 2 or less and $80 per person for groups of 3. The course is already almost full so make sure you sign up soon.

Free Kite Demo Day Dec 15th
Kite Demo Day December 15th at 11am to 3pm on Schwatka lake Whitehorse. Show up on Schwatka with your skis/snowboard and a helmet. We will have a full range of Ozone kites for you to try - Frenzy FX, Manta II.

Vision
As we develop Kite Yukon our aim is to provide structured courses for beginners to experts and include with this avalanche and backcountry safety instruction. The courses will be based out of Whitehorse. Actual locations will be dependant on the day's wind.

Currently there is no international standard for Instructor Certification, but we are looking into affiliating Kite Yukon with other North American kiting organisations to help us provide quality assurance.

Together we have 10 years kiting experience and have been kiting in the Yukon for 4 years now. Every season we continue to discover new areas and to build on our knowledge of the local conditions. The options in this region are endless with the local lakes, the White Pass and Haines Summit all having great areas to safely teach and learn to kite.
